Convenience, security, and less handling of your items. The Mobile Maxx Unit is delivered to your site, all you do is load it. No need to rent or borrow a truck, or make multiple trips to the traditional self storage facility. With Mobile Maxx, you’ll handle your items half as much, saving time, labor, and reducing the chance of damage to your items.
Our most popular residential unit is the 8×15 Unit with doors at both ends. Each one will hold the contents of 3 to 4 rooms of household items. Other residential sizes are 8×10 and 5×8.
We also have commercial-use 8×20 and 8×40 storage containers for rent or for sale, but these are only available for business and commercial on-site storage applications and cannot be moved once loaded.
With the different uses such as Climate Controlled Facility Storage, On-site Storage and uses just for Local Moving, the pricing varies depending on your need. Locations for delivery are also a factor. Basically our pricing consists of a rental for the Mobile Maxx Unit plus any delivery charges. The most common placement is on your driveway or in a parking space that has a paved or rocked surface. Street placement is discouraged and usually restricted by local municipalities.
Take as much time as you need. We won’t pickup the Mobile Maxx Unit until you’ve made arrangements with us to do so.
We can usually accommodate last minute deliveries if our schedule allows, but we always recommend making a reservation several days ahead. By waiting, you risk the chance of unavailable unit sizes or delivery dates.
Yes, for added security, our Mobile Maxx Units have a place to put your own lock, that way you are the only one that can open it. We actually require it to be locked with your own lock before we can pick it up or relocate it for you. If you’ll be needing Climate Controlled Storage at our facility, we will place your Mobile Maxx Unit inside our building which is also locked for an added level of security vs. traditional storage facilities.
Yes, we won’t hold your things captive. You can have access at any time with just a phone call. We prefer a 24 hour notice during normal business hours. If you need access in the evening or at times our office is not open we can, at your request, leave your Mobile Maxx Unit outside for 24 hour access. Once done, we’ll place it back inside for you. (Don’t forget your key!)
Yes, just tell us what you need when you place your order. We’ll put them inside your Mobile Maxx Unit and deliver them at the same time. We offer a full line of packing supplies in addition to rentable items such as blankets, wardrobe boxes, or our innovative BULLDOG BOXES.
Yes, the following are examples of items not allowed to be stored in our Mobile Maxx Units: liquids of any kind, food or perishables, anything explosive such as propane tanks, aerosol cans, firearms, ammunition, gasoline, other flammables, any inherently dangerous or illegal materials, jewelry, precious, invaluable or irreplaceable property or documents. If you are unsure if an item would be allowed, please call our office.
